Policies and Agreement

Welcome to Vela Vision Skin, LLC. Please review the following policies carefully, as they govern all services and transactions. By scheduling an appointment or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve all rights.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments require a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

No-shows or cancellations without communication will result in the full service charge. Rebooking privileges may be restricted after missed appointments. We have a 15 minute grace time period.

Minor Policy

Clients aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Credit Card Hold

To secure appointments, a credit card is required. Your card will only be charged if cancellation policies are breached.

Parking Validation

Complimentary parking validation is provided per service for:

• 60 minutes

• 75 minutes

• 90 minutes

Programs & Packages

All programs and packages are final sale. By enrolling, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
